Following on from the last post (mergers and acquisitions), we looked to discuss the topic of mergers and acquisitions as a way to work together to achieve more than we could individually.
In this post, I wanted to bring up the concept of partnering or joint venture type relationships, where by two or more entities can see how they could work together for a common goal, project or servicing a particular segment of the market.
Again, I think this topic is going to become more critical if the Resin Flooring industry is truly going to evolve into a mainstream flooring alternative.
So what has been your experience with joint venturing or partnering with another entity in this manner. We see large construction companies successfully undertake JV projects…..How could it be done well for smaller entities that are battling on their own and could benefit from a synergistic relationship?
