Installation photography

Installation photography

I've probably seen hundreds of thousands of photos of floors at various stages over the years. Some good, and, some not so good.

Today I received a number of photos from an installer that I thought were brilliant!

You will see that the photos not only captured the slab, the challenges, the way each step was completed, but they also tell a story; a story that is appreciated by anyone who has an interest in the job. The client, your suppliers, your future clients...you!

Take a look for yourself and let me know what you think.

If you're an installer, I can't recommend enough that you take an extra moment and try to capture the story of the floor in the photos you take, not just the finished "wet look" before you scramble off to the next job. It makes such a difference when it comes to promoting your business!

A special thank you to Dan and Gale From Epo Floors for sharing their project with us all.
